What kind of venues work?
We're flexible — if you have the space, we're interested. Here are the types of venues we typically work with:
Fields and farmland
Flat or gently sloping grassland with vehicle access. Minimum 1 acre.
Car parks
Large surface car parks, retail parks, or industrial estate car parks — especially at weekends when they're underused.
Event sites
Existing event infrastructure is a bonus but not required.
Sports grounds and recreation areas
Football clubs, cricket grounds, and similar sites with good vehicle access.
Warehouses and indoor spaces
Large indoor spaces suitable for all-weather events.
Community halls and village greens
Smaller venues suitable for community-focused events.
What we need from a venue
- Sufficient space for at least 50 seller pitches (roughly 1 acre minimum for outdoor sites)
- Good vehicle access — ideally a wide entrance suitable for cars, vans, and trailers
- Adequate parking for buyers (separate from the selling area if possible)
- Reasonably flat ground — some slope is fine, but steep terrain isn't suitable
- Access to basic facilities such as toilets, or permission for us to bring portable facilities
- Landowner or management permission to host a public event

Agree terms
We'll discuss hire fees, dates, and any practical requirements. We aim to keep things simple and fair for both sides.

We handle all the marketing, seller sign-ups, and on-the-day management. You sit back and let us do the work.
